1999	Late October Knowledge Mgmt. Solutions, Inc. founded	To offer a cohesive solution that brings corporate knowledge from databases, web sites and software together into one place.
2001	Early adopter .NET Passport	Our objective was to provide a single sign on to access and manage software via the internet.
